[3]Port Description: The command port is the TCP port of all DVRs communications, and HTTP port is IE browser port.

[2] Select “Transfer Rules” on Figure 5 left menu, click “Add new” button to add new port

mapping items on Figure 6 menu. You should both mapping http port (81) and command port

(8101) at the same time. And each port mapping should both include TCP/UDP (ALL)

protocol. Click “Save” button to save the settings.

If you connect by static IP, you need set port mapping in your router.

Take TP-LINK TL-480T model router for example:

[1] After signing up routers, by choosing “Running Status” icon on left side menu of Figure 5, view the LAN IP and WAN IP address of the routers, such as, the LAN IP address

192.168.2.1, WAN IP address 116.30.143.163.
